History

Created in 2006 by Nicolas Goldenberg and based Buenos Aires Argentina, GYD is dedicated to the design, refitting and surveying of pleasure crafts.

At its early years GYD provided services and collaborated with some of the most prestigious European yards in the design and development of their crafts. This provided GYD with extensive experience in design, engineering, manufacturing and hi performance composites.

This experienced has been translated into the first GYD design a Mini 650 proto, the No Koncept. This hi performance boat is the first professionally designed and built Mini 650 in Argentina and also the first to feature a carbon canting keel and a square top main sail.

Since then and as a result of its innovation, quality and style GYD has been involved with the most prestigious yards in the design and development of new sailing and power crafts.
